The Wild Mile Floating eco-park in Chicago wins a new award and takes a leap forward.

On September 25th the American Planning Association awarded the Wild Mile a strategic plan award for making great communities happen.

After 2 years of hard work and the creation of new Floating Ecosystems on the Chicago River the project is now reaching its most exciting phase.  2020 is set to be a landmark year as the Wild Mile visionary mile long urban waterway park launches its 3rd phase of installation.  This next phase of work will include accessible sections of ecosystems with floating boardwalks and outdoor classroom space.
